Year 7 Rewards Evening

Last week Year 7 students, parents, and staff gathered for a memorable Year 7 Rewards Evening that highlighted the accomplishments of our youngest students. The event was filled with excitement and pride as we celebrated the hard work, dedication, and personal growth of the cohort.

The evening kicked off with a warm welcome as parents were treated to a delicious selection of food, before entering the Breary Hall to the sound of steel pans playing a medley of festive, Christmas songs!

As the awards ceremony began, Ms Rodrigues (Year 7 Head of Learning) commended students for their successful transition into secondary school and their positive contributions to the school community. All students were presented with certificates from their subjects, before our special, individual awards were handed out. Awards were presented across a variety of subjects and categories, including Academic Excellence, Resilience, and Progress - ensuring every success was acknowledged.

A highlight of the evening was our ‘In it to win it!’ Attendance Draw, where students (and some parents!) shouted at the top of their lungs for a chance to win one of our amazing prizes - including a bike, Beats headphones and Westfield vouchers!

Congratulations to all of the winner and a huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making the Year 7 Rewards Evening such a special occasion!
